Background and Experience

Chris T. Lam obtained his bachelors degree in Civil Engineering in 1993 from Texas A&M University. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Texas (PE # 86968). While in college, Mr. Lam began working for the Texas Department of Transportation where he gained experience in the review of highway and utility plans and street lighting design for US Hwy. 75.

After receiving his Civil Engineering Degree from Texas A&M University, Mr. Lam managed and designed Public Works, Land Development and Parks and Recreation projects for several engineering firms.

Mr. Lam has participated in the American Society for Civil Engineers volunteer program. He has also served two terms on the City of Sachse Planning and Zoning Board and two terms on City Council for the City of Sachse.
